Installation Ollarsgarden, Sweden
At a country home in central Sweden, a 14 m Absolicon X10 was installed to provide hot water and electricity.

The installation was done on the ground, and the hot water pipes were put below the surface, carrying the hot water to the central heating system.

Installation Seville, Spain
Together with the Spanish solar energy company, Grupo Solar Kuantica, Absolicon has now finished its first installation in Seville, Andalucía, Spain. Seville and Andalucía in general is probably one of the most optimal places to install solar energy in the world. The Absolicon X10 has the potential to revolutionize solar energy installations on large buildings both in Andalucía and elsewhere

Instalation Skule
The first installation made by Absolicon was with the precursor to the X10, the so-called Solar8. The installation was made at the World Heritage Museum in Skule, Sweden, in April 2006. The installation has been running for over two years now with very good results. The Absolicon X10 has been further enhanced and much improved from the earlier model the Solar8. Some of main differences are for example, that the X10 comes in 2m² modules that can be joined to whichever length the customer chooses, both the electrical and thermal production has been greatly improved.
Pictures from the installation:

The glass encased top of the solar concentrator protects it from rain and dust. The Skule Mountain, which can be seen in the background, was almost fully submerged 10 000 years ago, pressed into the sea by the glacier that covered Scandinavia.

The building is located in front of the new museum, visible from the E4 (the main highway connecting the North and the South of Sweden) making it an excellent demonstration installation.
