Steam from warm water, in two lifts

A thermoelectric heat pump moves heat from warm water straight across a solid-state module and boils water on the far side — no refrigerant, no evaporator, just a cold face and a hot face with the module bridging them. The steam it makes is then squeezed up to process pressure by a train of mechanical vapour recompressors, staged at equal pressure ratio. Width is energy, height is temperature; electricity enters as columns, because work has no temperature of its own.
